Der Manager ist unglaublich unhöflich, arrogant und ein bisschen königstreu ... Drei Wochen Wartezeit auf einen Termin, drei Wochen auf eine Diagnose, zuerst das Geschäftliche, dann der Patient. Eine völlige Katastrophe in Sachen Organisation und Kommunikation! Sie hätten das Calamity Center anrufen sollen!

Äußerst enttäuscht. Vermeiden Sie Dr. Beguelin, der einen Rückruf verspricht, es aber nie tut. Trotz wiederholter Versuche (Telefon und E-Mail) mit der Sekretärin, die ebenfalls nicht reagierte, ließ sie mich voller Sorge über die Möglichkeit einer Fehldiagnose (für mein Kind unter einem Jahr) zurück. Der Arzt ist arrogant und völlig inkompetent. Was ist das für eine Gesundheitsversorgung, die die Patientenbeziehungen völlig vernachlässigt? Ein Anruf und das Problem wäre gelöst. Ich bin schockiert.
