Ich bin absolut begeistert von Fronius! Die Produkte sind von höchster Qualität und halten, was sie versprechen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den telefonischen Support: Mir wurde äußerst freundlich, geduldig und kompetent weitergeholfen – so etwas findet man heutzutage nur noch selten. Darüber hinaus ist die Anleitung so klar geschrieben, dass die Bedienung zum Kinderspiel wird. Fünf Sterne plus von mir für diesen hervorragenden Service!
Schließlich brachte die Rezension den Stein ins Rollen. Der Kundendienst von Fronius Schweiz hat hervorragend reagiert und meinen Installateur von Anfang an so unterstützt, wie er es hätte tun sollen. Schade, dass nicht alle Installateure Schulungen besuchen und Installationen vorschriftsmäßig durchführen. Ich hatte etwas anderes erwartet! Aber das kann man Fronius nicht vorwerfen! Beste grüße
After the assessment, Mr. Baumann from Fronius contacted me immediately. He scheduled an on-site appointment and, despite some difficulties, got the app working. Many thanks! The PV contractor recommended and sold me two Fronius inverters. I downloaded the app and tried to install it. Sorry, I don't know when I've seen such a bad app. I tried over 25 times before I finally got in. And lo and behold, an update was immediately displayed, and since then, I can't log in. On top of that, I'm supposed to purchase a premium subscription, even though I bought these two expensive inverters. And all for these few, poorly displayed values. Sorry, but this is embarrassing. I will instruct the contractor to install different inverters, with an app that actually works and is included.
A new Gen 24 inverter failed after four days; okay, that can happen, a Monday model. A company distinguishes itself through proper fault management. This is clearly not Fronius's strong suit. This company takes several weeks to provide a replacement. Research shows that they have 97 Gen 24 units in stock. I feel completely ripped off.
Fronius offers top-quality equipment with easy setup and outstanding service. Those who aren't interested in subsidized, cheap Chinese technology rely on European expertise and quality. I've worked professionally with Fronius equipment for many years and always recommend this manufacturer to my clients. Their Swiss branch provides excellent customer service.
