Super hilfsbereites Personal. Sie haben mir schon oft geholfen. Ich habe vor kurzem einen Specialized Rockhopper Elite 29er gekauft und sie waren so freundlich, ihn in der Farbe, die ich wollte, von einem anderen Februar-Outlet zu bekommen. Sie haben mir im Laufe der Zeit auch dabei geholfen, mein Specialized Roubaix zu pflegen. Ich liebe den Laden und das Beste daran ist, dass er in meiner Nachbarschaft liegt.

Ich habe diesen Laden für einen Service genutzt und mein Fahrrad seitdem nicht mehr viel benutzt. Als ich es überprüfte und ein Freund (professioneller Fahrradmechaniker) es sich ansah. Mir ist klar geworden, dass der Mechaniker in der Werkstatt keine Ahnung hatte. Er wechselte die Kette ohne die hintere Kassette, sagte mir, die Bremsen könnten nicht besser sein und es sei Luft im System (er hätte es nicht überprüfen können). Außerdem habe ich festgestellt, dass das Gehäuse an der Unterseite des Motors kaputt ist (zu spät, um es noch einmal zu machen). Es macht auch Geräusche und es waren die Buchsen der Hinterradaufhängung, und er sagte, das könne nicht repariert werden. Sehr schlecht und sehr teuer ca. 300CHF😥

Ein verstecktes Juwel eines Fahrradladens rund um Zug. Wirklich. Wir haben mir sehr gerne mit einem Canyon-Rennrad geholfen und haben eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Soft- und Hard-Ware. Tolle Schraubenschlüssel, die sich auch gerne über Fahrradthemen unterhielten.

I've been to that bike shop twice already. The first time, I was completely satisfied with the advice and service. The second time, I was at the shop between 3:00 and 4:00 PM with my bike for a possible tire change (because I felt the tire was wearing down – longer braking distance; I was aware of the two marks in the tire tread). I was told to schedule an appointment for the next day without them even looking at the bike. So, the next morning, I went to the shop as agreed. They explained the two marks to me and said the tire would be fine until they wore down, and then they quickly tightened the wheel for me (a quick fix). Technically, everything was correct, the job was done, but I didn't need to go to the shop twice for the same service. What would have required an appointment the day before was done in two minutes the next day...
