Ich musste die Spaghettiträger meines Abschlusskleides kürzen und auch den Saum kürzen. Es hatte auch ein Futter. Es war wunderschön gemacht und im Handumdrehen fertig! Wundervolle Arbeit, vielen Dank!

I went to the shop to have three pairs of trousers altered (shortened and taken in). The man (the son) who works there quoted me €140 for the three pairs. I told him I'd think about it and get back to him. A week later, I went back and took only two of the same three pairs of trousers to have them altered. That day, there was only one woman (the mother) in the shop, and I explained to her that I had already been there and received a quote of €140 for three pairs. This time, however, I only had two of the three pairs with me and wanted to ask how much the price would be for two pairs, not three. She said that was her son and that she would look at it with him and asked for my mobile number so he could call me. Two days later, my brother went to pick them up for me, and the woman charged him €130. I was on the phone and asked the woman why no one had called me to tell me how much it would cost. And especially why it's €130 for two services and €140 for three. She shouted on the phone that she didn't care what I had agreed upon with her son because she was the mother and had a different price than her son. I asked why I wasn't informed and why the prices changed even though it was the same shop. She swore on the phone and said she didn't care, I should come in and pay. I am very, very, very disappointed because I told her I needed them within two days for work, and she had three days and didn't contact me. I have to go there tomorrow and argue with her... That was my first and last time in that shop!!!!! This is unbelievable.
