Trattoria Walensee — Hauptstrasse 27, 8872 Weesen, Switzerland

Ich habe in der Trattoria zu Mittag gegessen und ein Cordon Bleu gegessen, was gut war. Sie haben einen echten Pizzaofen und die Pizzen sahen auch gut aus. Auch heimisches Wild ist erhältlich.

Wir machten hier Mittagspause und bekamen ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben sowohl die Pizza als auch die Pasta probiert und alles war gut. Wir probierten das lokale Bier, das sehr gut war. Der Blick über den See ist herrlich.||Wir haben nicht im Hotel übernachtet.

Die Pizza war wirklich lecker! Und das Personal war so freundlich. Unsere Kellnerin Ava war sehr nett, sie hat einen tollen Job gemacht und war einfach super flexibel bei unseren Bestellungen!

To put it simply, an abomination of Italian cuisine. The waiter was quite rude, handing the menu and standing an uncomfortable amount of time for us to choose. Had no idea of technical terms of the industry when asked about the type of service. Extremely unbothered appearance, with pants hanging down and a button up shirt looking like it was ran by a bus. The food itself was horrible, if my company wasn't starving, I would've suggested that we get up and leave (personally I touched nothing but the wine and water). We ordered a 'Pizza' Bufalla that had the appearance of a pita bread with sliced tomato and bits of Bufalla spread out, a mixed salad with Italian dressing that was so drenched that 1/3rd of the bowl was dressing.. but, by far the worst was the 1/2 portion 'Carbonara'.. thinnest slices of bacon I've ever seen, making the presentation very poor, and the fact that the 2 times (yes, it got sent back) it came with an egg soup at the bottom because they couldn't manage to work with the pan heat. When confronted with the bill, we saw that the carbonara was there even though it wasn't eaten.. the waiter proceeded to argue with us that it was good, that clients like it and that it was our problem we didn't eat it.. I proceeded to ask him to call his supervisor, he said yes, came back with the second bill without the carbonara,not even giving the courtesy of a look, and the supervisor never came even though we waited a solid 15min for him to come talk, clearly not wanting to deal with the situation. Prices were exaggerated for swiss standards ( like a pizza at 26.5chf) Never been treated this poorly at a restaurant.

I ordered a pizza at this restaurant, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. It takes real effort to prepare it this poorly.
