Ich habe eine Steuerberatungssitzung gebucht. Brian, der Berater, war sehr hilfsbereit und kennt sich aus, er hat alle meine Fragen klar beantwortet und ich fühlte mich nicht unter Zeitdruck, er hat mir sogar eine E-Mail mit einer zusätzlichen Information geschickt. Generally a good service. As an improvement I'd love to see some guidelines or tips when filling in the forms so you get the optimal results perhaps and provide more direct instructions. When my tax form was completed they uploaded it, but did not explicitly tell me I should print out the form and sign it and send into the tax authorities. I've been fined now 60CHF because the full process wasn't completed. I think that could have been avoided, if they just mentioned/reminded me to do so.
