Despite order confirmation, the company does not respond to calls or emails. Or only after a long delay. Constantly chasing after them is time-consuming and frustrating. The same thing happened two years ago. Improvements were promised. Nothing has happened.
We've had roller shutters installed several times and have been completely satisfied. They're the best thing we've ever done for protecting our entrance from snow and rain. Superb! The staff are very friendly and competent.
We received expert advice and the work was carried out as agreed. The employees were friendly and left everything clean. Shortcomings were not charged at the end – very fair. We would gladly use their services again!

After more than 20 years, one of our roller blinds finally gave up the ghost. After registering for a repair on the Luchsinger website, we quickly received an appointment. The broken straps on the blind needed to be replaced. About two weeks later, technicians Mr. Walzer and Mr. Cantieni contacted us to install the refurbished blind. A big thank you to the two friendly technicians. They carried out the installation cleanly and efficiently, and also checked all the other roller blinds, re-tightening and realigning the guide rails, some of which were loose.
