The behavior of this company's management was highly unprofessional in several respects. Both the Managing Director, Mr. Gerber, and his Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Oettli, used inappropriate and disrespectful language. Furthermore, they categorically refused to accept any liability for potential damages without conducting any factual investigation or clarification. Such behavior is seriously questionable. Furthermore, some of the language used was extremely derogatory and offensive. I would not have expected such disrespectful communication from a company in this industry – but appearances can be deceptive. Such behavior raises considerable doubts about the integrity and responsibility of the company's management. After this experience, I can only strongly advise against doing business with this company.
