Since I had already ordered from WEGA a year prior, I received a phone call asking me to order from you again, as you were making a delivery near me soon anyway. After placing the order, it arrived shortly afterward by mail with additional shipping costs. From my perspective, the process wasn't entirely smooth... Apart from that, though, it was fine.
