We had intermittent power outages in the house. A technician arrived within 15 minutes and identified the cause. However, he had to call in IBL Langenthal. These specialists also arrived within minutes and determined that a worm in the electrical distribution box had caused a short circuit. I'm generally satisfied with the workmanship. However, what's frustrating is that the prices have increased several times in a very short period (we're talking about a four-month gap). The company only installed a chandelier, which turned into a very, very expensive experience! The electricians' hourly rates were calculated almost like those of a lawyer. When I inquired about the costs, management told me that I would have to pay for their gasoline... very pragmatic, especially when you live 700 meters from their office. My advice: Always get a quote first!
