As a BMW driver I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. Communication is extremely difficult. Reaching the team by phone is challenging and callbacks were delayed or did not happen at all. Appointments felt poorly coordinated and internal communication did not seem to function properly. During my visit the team appeared overstretched. Processes seemed unstructured and not aligned with the level of professionalism I expect. The overall atmosphere felt tense which clearly impacted the service quality. From an official BMW partner I expect reliability strong organization and customer focus. Unfortunately this was not my experience. Based on my visit I cannot recommend this location.
Great experience. I've bought a second hand bmw 320d. Mr Kaune is a very kind and available person and the hole process has been easy and quick. The car car has been delievered after few days in perfect conditions. Highly reccomended!
