Bad service - unprofessional staff
I ordered a Weber gas grill from Galaxus. After 11 months, the gas pressure regulator broke. Unfortunately, Galaxus' service partner was no help, and I couldn't reach anyone there. Since I needed the grill, I decided to come here and have it repaired at my own expense. The employee was able to repair the grill immediately on-site, and I didn't have to pay anything because he personally checked with the service partner and helped me, even though I hadn't bought the grill there. Great service, thank you!
I don't know of a better shop in all of Spiez! Come here, it has such a wide selection and friendly staff!
Yesterday, an employee with an accent rudely and arrogantly shouted at me because I asked for something at the entrance without a mask. An absolute no-go in terms of customer service. There was no question of friendly service; that used to be the case with the former employees.
A convenient store for small, local needs when you don't always want to rush to the big hardware store. Friendly and competent service.
