I got a parking ticket even though I was just returning to my car. The person next door had the same situation: No ticket – "Lucky me," according to an email from this company. So: Parking isn't the problem, fairness is. Here, it seems you're either lucky or unlucky – depending on the mood or the randomness of the inspectors. Anyone hoping for consistent rules will be disappointed.

Unfriendly staff. Passengers were yelled at, told they were being issued a parking ticket, even though the driver was still inside the car looking for change – less than 60 seconds after arriving. This struck me as completely unprofessional and suggests that the staff lacks the necessary sensitivity or training. The staff's appearance was also rather slovenly and unkempt. A real shame.
