I purchased a washing machine with installation service from Fust. I provided the requested photos for installation and the shop staff guaranteed that the existing dishwasher connections could be adapted for the washing machine and that all necessary parts would be brought by the installers. On the installation day, the technicians told me they didn’t have the parts and that I would need to pay extra. I explained what Fust had promised, and we went to the store (luckily right below my apartment) to sort it out. The staff admitted their mistake but offered only two “solutions”: pay up to 200 CHF extra for parts and a new installation time, or take a full refund. Completely unacceptable. I chose the refund, of course. The only reason I bought from Fust was the complete package; otherwise I would have simply bought second-hand. What kind of business model is this? Instead of standing by their word, they wasted everyone’s time and lost a customer who literally lives upstairs.

Purchased dishwasher machine and an oven, both Miele. Dishwasher was purchased for 1700 chf and did last 6 years. Price to repair 1000 chf. Oven was purchased in April 2023 for 3600 chf and it does not work anymore since beginning of December. Both purchased by Fust. Wait to get the oven repaired since beginning of December. If I am lucky I will get the repair on the 29.12. Christmas I will be without!! The oven is under guarantee, but Fust never mentioned that repairs for products under guarantee is not done by them, but by the producer. Meaning additional waiting time for the customer…better to buy directly and not via Fust. All items I had previously, not Miele and not Fust, did last longer. Bad quality delivered. Service from Miele was quite rude. Never again Miele and never again Fust.

Do not under any circumstances allow Fust to take a machine away for repair. I have been without a washing machine for nearly three weeks and now I won’t get it back until after the Christmas holiday. That is if they can find out where it is. APPALLING SERVICE

Bad customer care We wanted to bring back a soda-stream gas bottle, They didnt take it back, the retainer on the other hand was paid at Fust... I don’t care, what you’re allowed or not, I really dont! I paid at Fust, in your shop the retainer, you take the gas bottle back and you pay me the retainer back.
