Really great. I needed a special iPhone adapter and travelled nearly an hour to visit the 'official' Apple re-seller store who were less helpful than a chocolate teapot so I went to Fust and Andreas who served me was fantastic. He let me try the different adapters they had in the store (without having to buy first) and he even borrowed his boss's iPhone so we could test them! It's the sort of service I expected (but didn't get) from the dedicated Apple store. Maybe if I'd been spending a grand on an iPhone they might have been more helpful. If I do decide to spend that, I'll be spending it at Fust now!
I asked to please be helped in english and this was not very happily received by the personnel. I was willing to buy, a microwave, a vacuum robot and a TV, for which I asked for a recommendation. I was surprised about the sales pitch of the salesman, whom instead of listening to my needs, budget, and requirements, focused on what he thought the best TVs of the store were, also the most expensive ones, and not what I was looking for. I spent all my budget in MediaMarkt, where I was helped to find the products that fitted my needs with a smile and in english. Not a very pleasant experience in my opinion. Now a days there are plenty of places where you can find the exact same products and brands, I would suggest to look somewhere where they provide a better customer service
If you're looking for some sour-faced customer service, then this is the perfect spot for you! Maybe the older gentleman who dealt with me was just having a bad day, but there wasn't much empathy for the fact that the expensive Dyson we'd bought from Fust had failed within a few months. I was told (with no hint of an apology) that we have to wait 2 weeks for it to be repaired. The idea that, given the circumstances, maybe it could be posted back to me directly was greeted with incredulity as a complete impossibility. It took me pointing out the 90 day money back guarantee from Dyson before he scribbled "return direct to customer" on the form. Clearly not so difficult after all! UPDATE: Fust themselves did a good job on this -- it's just the service in the shop that was poor. Within a week Fust shipped a new device (which is what I would expect for a basic failure within a few months).
