I am new to the area and I went to this shop to find some biking shorts. The workers were so helpful and nice, they helped me find the best fit for me. They also showed me some good places to go biking and invited me to come with them on a shuttled ride to one of the mountains nearby, I had the best time and am very grateful for their kindness. This review is a very well deserved 5 stars🤩. Go to this shop, you wont regret it. (Photos are from the shuttled ride!)
I was at the Trophy bikes a few days back to get fixed the brakes of a bike that was gifted to my child via Amazon. Boy did they wow me. The bike technician by name Pascal did a fantastic job of fixing it, spending easily more than 15mins on it and answered my questions patiently. When I asked for a bill they said they did it for free!! They even answered my questions about Air pump and especially pumping tyres that are fully flat. Prior to this I was at a few other shops and I must say this one felt very genuine without too much pressure to sell/buy their bikes. Highly recommended to everyone. I will surely give them business in the future.

I needed to buy a new MTB and they gave me some excellent advice. I bought a Scott Spark 920 which is a wonderful bike for my use. Very competent and friendly staff.
