I paid in advance but never received service!!!
I tried to order a SIM card from a third-party provider. However, the SIM card arrived much too late, even though the contract was signed a month in advance. I called several times to complain, but it was no use. The service was poor, and I was repeatedly told that the SIM card would arrive soon. Despite a promise from the manager to deliver the SIM card on time, supposedly via express delivery, nothing happened.
It's a reseller that presents itself to the outside world as a provider. The company likes to boast about third-party services and, overall, doesn't seem to be very solidly positioned.

Offers highly competent and customized telecommunications solutions for SMEs at fair prices. Should a problem arise, the fault report is received quickly, and the staff address it competently and promptly; unlike with other providers, there's no need to listen to seemingly endless hold music before even being able to submit a request. The minor drawback that, according to the terms and conditions, contracts can only be terminated annually with a three-month notice period is offset by the managing director's willingness to help find a workable solution in exceptional circumstances. After closing my SME, I remained with this provider as a private customer as long as I used wired telecommunications services. Should I ever switch back from mobile to wired services, mobile4business would be my first choice for telecommunications, especially if I were running an SME. Thank you!
