Excellent place. Highly recommended. Spacious rooms , very modern and clean. Close to airport and lots of amenities. Fridge and safe are there free of charge. Shower has gr8 pressure. Very good place to stay
Stayed for a night on the way back from Zurich in June’24. The hotel is situated nearby to Zurich Airport. Seems to be a new hotel with spacious and well- maintained room. The room was fitted with comfortable amenities. The washroom was …
I booked this hotel because of its convenient location, just a 10-minute drive to Zurich Airport and 20 minutes to downtown. The room was functionally designed. Although there was no fridge and electric kettle, a coffee machine was …
The service of the lobby receptionist working as the person in charge for breakfast is really awful. She accused me of trying to take away the tea bags while i was only there to have a look at the tea selection and choose which one i wanted to drink for breakfast. I tried to put away the tea bags and she said in an annoying voice that she’ll just put away the tea bags. I put my tea cup on the coffee machine to get hot water and she said with an annoyed voice that i couldn’t use it, instead i should use the other machine specifically for hot water. I completely lost my appetite, ate nothing and even left my tea cup on the table and gushed straight to my room. The next day i didn’t even bother to have breakfast at the lobby. We stayed 2 nights as a group of 32 people and most women in my group felt the lady at the reception’s attitude was awful and rude.
Yes location strategic. Rooms were huge. But the receptionist lady was not polite with guests. No smile. Asked her kindly for a vaccum so i could vaccum seal my packages for my luggage, and she said there is none Youre telling me in this huge hotel you dont have one vaccum I could use?
There’s a large COOP supermarket right next to the hotel, which makes shopping very convenient. However, breakfast was a big disappointment. When we went down, the earlier group of guests hadn’t finished yet, so there were very limited seats and no available tables. The staff didn’t seem able (or willing) to manage the situation. The breakfast itself had very few options, and the service was just average at best. What really left a bad impression was when I went downstairs right before the breakfast service ended at 10 a.m. to check out. I asked a staff member if I could fill a small 500ml bottle with hot water from the restaurant’s dispenser. She refused, telling me to go back to my room and use the coffee machine instead, saying that if everyone came for hot water, there wouldn’t be any left. But the restaurant was already empty! This kind of response was extremely disappointing. When I told her, “Your service is so bad,” she just replied, “Yeah.” Totally unacceptable service attitude.
