Perfection in Technology and Customer Service – Juice Delivers! The support from Juice is absolutely amazing! I deal with many companies professionally and, due to renovation work, also privately – but I have never experienced such outstanding support in my life. My device became unusable due to a failed firmware upgrade, but the Juice support team remotely connected two days later and solved all the issues. Super friendly, incredibly helpful – simply fantastic, keep up the great work!

Seems that After initial response for my service request and remote session it was confirmed that they need to replace my controller but its over two weeks and no response from that point, not even information whats next. I also left a message on voice mail and nobody have contacted me. edit Three weeks after my first contact with Juice support there was still ne response on my email and call but fortunetly new controller was received from the courier. New controller was working three weeks and now it seems than new one starts to show same simptoms as old one close before its end.
Just got my Juice Booster 2 (EU set Inc extension!) less than an hour ago, and after unpacking everything it took me a few minutes to plug in my car and start charging, and understand all the functions!!! Really easy!! What's really impressive is the QUALITY!!! Unbelievable!! No pic of video review can really make justice for the quality of the product!!! Even the carry bag is of great quality! Only thing I would have wanted more? That would be that all dust caps come with a small cable, not to loose them!!!! Not much of a problem though, just take care!! Worth every penny!!!! And more!!!!!
I ordered something at the website. Then I cancelled the order and got a confirmation that it had been cancelled. After a few days, I got an email saying that my order had been dispatched. I contacted client service, and they told me it was their mistake, and they would cancel the shipment and refund my money. After a few days I tried to contact again about the refund and I got no answer. Tried again with same result. No money, no product. Thankfully, I had paid through PayPal and after almost 2 months and opening a dispute, I was able to get my money back from PayPal. PayPal didn't hear a word from the company about my issue. They might have good products, but a terrible customer service. Beware.
