As an HR professional, I feel confident in offering a neutral assessment. Unfortunately, I can't divulge any inside information… I award one star to all those who withheld important, job-related facts from us from the outset, failed to perform their duties or delivered them poorly, or were solely intent on exploiting the social security system. Sad – but not worth dwelling on. Three stars I award to all those who fulfill their obligations well every day. Four stars for those who give their best despite limited resources and still manage to stay the course. Five stars for all those employees who give their best every day with passion, joy, and commitment – regardless of their role or status. For all those who continuously improve their language skills, refine their abilities, expand their expertise, are flexible in their deployment, and enjoy doing so. For those who occasionally express their gratitude. For those who take on additional tasks during peak periods and for whom going the extra mile is a matter of course. And so on and so forth. In recognition of all those involved, the entire company receives five stars from me. At my age, I have a fair amount of life and professional experience. Many things seem to be taken for granted at LAN Pro – but they are far from it. For example, few companies offer the opportunity to learn a job from scratch, to start a position despite minimal German language skills – or – a friend of mine, who works in a more highly competitive industry, has never even had a Christmas dinner with her current employer, whom she's been with for several years. At LAN Pro, this and more is simply a given. Entertainment included. A huge thank you from me to everyone who gives their best every day and appreciates even the little things that go beyond the norm. But above all, a special thank you to our CEO, Dino, who has tirelessly championed our cause despite the difficult economic challenges we've faced.
