Unfortunately, my experience with Weka Baretswil was disappointing. The delivered product did not meet expectations: Some parts were defective or missing, assembly was complicated due to unclear instructions, and the wood quality did not justify the high price. Furthermore, customer service proved unhelpful and responded very slowly to support requests. I expected more seriousness from a company of this type, especially given the high costs. I would not recommend this purchase to anyone seeking reliability and adequate after-sales service.
