Excellent selection of chicken and rabbit, other poultry specialties like pheasant, turkey, etc., and lamb. And all at reasonable prices. Every Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in Bargen. Also at various locations in the Seeland region at the weekly markets. Highly recommended. When cooking, you can definitely taste the difference compared to the big supermarkets.
We've been buying our chicken from the Boss Röthlisberger family for some time now. We order it either at the market or by phone. I wouldn't buy any other chicken again. I don't know where else you can get such tender and delicious chicken. Plus, everyone is very friendly :) The price is fair, too!
For excellent cuts of meat in Seeland, this is the place to go (I'm happy to convince you otherwise, which will be more than difficult!!) They also offer great spelt spaetzle. Always happy.👍👍 …
