I am absolutely thrilled with MyCargoGate's service! In today's world, it's rare to experience such exceptional attention to detail and professionalism in handling a shipment. Once customs clearance was granted, delivery was immediate, even though it was a large shipment to Zurich – 17 pallets! What was particularly impressive was their proactive approach: the pallets were transferred to two smaller trucks to make the delivery more efficient. Another highlight was the continuous, photographic documentation of the shipment, which kept us fully informed at all times. Furthermore, we now have the option of having our shipments inspected by MyCargoGate, which further increases efficiency and makes our collaboration with partners even more streamlined.
