Great hotel with probably one of the most beautiful views on the lake. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help where they can. There are 2 things i would like to mention which would be great if it can be looked at there was no power sockets close to the bedside table so you cant charge and have your phone next to you. Other thing is for people staying at the hotel please remind yourself that there are other people also staying in the hotel. I really did not like weekends as kids was running up and down the hallways and stairs screaming and shouting. So if you have kids please respect other people in the hotel cause the walls are very thin you can hear everything.
The views from the hotel are incredible. Our room was really outdated and small. I guess we just chose the wrong type of room. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were very friendly. The restaurant is good, but quite expensive, but hey, that's Switzerland. A good breakfast is included.
We love the view, and the car park is free. Thank you very much. But we hope the breakfast can serve something hot. But overall is okay. After breakfast you can take a walk near the lake. We love it. Thank you.
The hotel & restaurant are situated at a magnificent location, some rooms have view on the lake (which I prefer you to book). A swim in the lake is possible and relaxing. Restaurant is nice and tasteful, but expensive. Rooms are old style and small, which is disappointing when you see the tariff.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Restaurant Seerausch! The location is absolutely stunning — right by the lake, with breathtaking mountain views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
Rooms need updates and currently they are missing like bedside wall sockets. We had two balconies what was nice but there were total of two chairs there and nothing else, not even a small table. Sound insulation is at poor level and you can hear everything in hallway and cars outside. Bed and pillow was good. Service at hotel was all smiles and happy people. Breakfast was ok but missing any variety.
