It was incredibly difficult to get a part! For a bracelet, it took me months, not to mention they tried to tell me the model I wanted wasn't available for my watch. But by insisting, the bracelet was a perfect fit. The problem, I think, is that it cost less than the Moutier bracelet they tried to sell me repeatedly.
