I am absolutely disappointed with the service from Dihawag AG. The rudeness of their staff is beyond belief. I had the misfortune of having to interact with their team, and every time I was treated with arrogance and disinterest. When I asked for information, the response was vague, rushed, and impolite. Not only did they fail to resolve my issues, but they also responded with an indifferent and almost irritated attitude. I tried to contact them multiple times, but each attempt was met with utter unprofessionalism. Email replies were slow and unclear, and every time I raised an issue, it seemed like a bothersome inconvenience to them. It's unbelievable how a company can treat its customers with such contempt. If you want to be treated respectfully and professionally, I strongly advise you to avoid Dihawag AG. Not only is their service terrible, but their communication is completely inadequate. A truly forgettable experience!
