Living in an apartment renovated 10 years ago, with a kitchen and bathroom. I'm constantly amazed at what Milchbuck manages to do to maintain its value. I'm even happy about a playground that I'll never use. What I'm especially pleased about is the barbecue area. The benches never came back the way they were before the pandemic. I'm always delighted by life in this neighborhood.
