Terrible company! I ordered EVVA locking cylinders, then heard nothing from Sahli Sicherheits AG, no information despite the delivery delay. When I inquired, they just said, "Sorry." I even had to send them a reminder. I've now cancelled the order; never again. I hope this company refunds my money within a reasonable timeframe.
