A waste of time, misleading, and utterly disrespectful. Viewing of the apartment at Oltenstrasse 14 in Oberbipp: approximately 30 people were invited simultaneously, all at the same time, without a single company employee present. Pure chaos. The apartment bore virtually no resemblance to the photos in the advertisement. The advertisement appears to be a hodgepodge of random pictures from various apartments, designed to generate interest. This is clearly misleading. Everyone present was disappointed and angry. People take time off work, travel there specifically for this purpose, and are then confronted with a completely different reality than promised. This is not only unprofessional but simply disreputable. Mass viewings without supervision, inaccurate photos, no on-site accountability whatsoever – this is not how a reputable real estate company operates. This approach demonstrates a complete disregard for the principles of Swiss quality standards that one expects from real estate companies. What service do you, as a real estate agency, even charge a commission for? For failing to show up for a viewing? Who should we contact with our questions if no one from your company is present? Your office isn't even far away—a maximum 40-minute drive on the highway. Is it really true that no one from your team was able to appear as a representative on-site? This behavior is disrespectful and simply outrageous to potential tenants. UPDATE: The listing was deleted just 30 minutes after the viewing began, and the next day (January 20, 2026) we received an unbelievable standard rejection letter stating that the tenants had withdrawn their notice to vacate. But!!! The current tenant confirmed on-site that they are moving out at the end of March. A waste of time, poor organization, and absolutely no respect for prospective tenants. I strongly advise against wasting any time with this company. Anyone who treats potential tenants like this has completely lost their trust. Absolutely not recommended. This incident has been documented, and I reserve the right to report it to the relevant cantonal authorities and/or real estate associations to ensure that such unprofessional practices are investigated.
