Our idea – to stamp a metal plate with our logo – was implemented by Mr. Wittwer incredibly quickly and easily. Everything was top-notch, from the initial consultation to the final delivery.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Even after contacting them several times, the product didn't work as expected. This could be due to the product itself, i.e., the manufacturer. The one-star review is therefore based on how this problem was handled. They were neither solution-oriented nor customer-friendly. We felt abandoned and completely misunderstood. It's a shame... they used to be a good place for all kinds of stoves.
