Not recommended Nobody can speak german You are forced to buy additives to the products You want to buy something and suddenly three employees are standing around you. It's a very unpleasant atmosphere. Some employees are very disrespectful and very emotional when you politely decline extras like an extended warranty. Extremely unpleasant employees. They want to sell me extras for my TV that cost 500.- extra and they can't explain to me in German what the extras include and then I should pay the extra charge. Mediamarkt was so much better. The new employees have absolutely no professional expertise.
The workers on the sale floor were all helpfull and wore their masks properly, at the check-out counter... not so much. The young lady working there was nice but the mask was under her chin, as well as other 2 workers behind her. Other than that, I had a pleasant feel of the store.
Helpful staff! Sales clerk Jose'was on the ball and so helpful teaching us about our different options with various products. I wish we could thank him again for taking the time to explain things so clearly.
Best workers and management, efficiency, attendance to the client. Very pleased with the concrete answers and feedback from manager and Pleurat. Taking the extra mile for the client is something that we didn't find in the other Media Markt in Bern Muri and Fribourg. Great dedication guys! Even on Black Friday.
Good media markt store with friendly people and a vast range of products to offer. Store within the comercial center surrounded by other stores.
Disappointing service I brought my apple product to the Service Clark because it wasn’t working right and instead of an exchange right away they told me they’d have to send it away and I need to wait up to 3 week for the exchange / repair without watching any kind of 📺 Sad 😢 for such a huge company that they don’t exchange it and deal with intern problems about the product later
