I was disappointed by the reception. The sales assistants weren't very responsive, and when I asked if there was a larger size for a particular model, I was simply told that "there were plenty of shoes like that in town." When I asked where, the answer was "everywhere"... I found that a rather strange way of responding. There was a sense of lack of willingness to help, even though their role is precisely to advise and sell.

My wife enjoys shopping at Bijou les Boutiques, but she prefers the Biel/Bienne branch (Rue de Nidau/Place Centrale). Today we were not disappointed by the welcome and service at this store. Pleasant welcome. The manager is friendly and very kind. Good quality clothing. Also a wide selection for men. Highly recommended.

Every woman who works here is racist; they wouldn't help me because I was a woman of color. Then I called back for help, and the racist woman hung up. I should file a discrimination lawsuit.

There's that young girl who hasn't really wanted to work lately, is very grumpy and not at all friendly. It's a shame, because I'm driving from here to Biel and beyond.
