I bought a printer. Service installation isn't available or costs extra, training was never provided, and even phone support only offers paid assistance. You're left alone with problems. This is not a SME-friendly company.

The selection of labels here is quite good. I've recommended/referred customers to ADES several times in the past. As a reseller, however, my motivation to order from them is now extremely low. Customer service and friendliness were not exactly a priority. I ordered a sample roll for a customer for evaluation purposes. Minimum order quantities, packaging, and shipping costs were almost twice as expensive as the product itself, which was already rather overpriced. My end customer has now placed a larger order with me after the evaluation phase. Luckily, there are also competitors from the Far East. They offer ten times the quantity for a fraction of the price. I usually like to support Swiss companies and would never have even considered taking the time to explore this option. But the practices of certain individuals at this company leave one with almost no other choice 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thank you for your reply. It's not that I wasn't given enough information, but simply that sample orders aren't actually possible with you. That would be practically free advertising... 😉 And of course I refused to order three times the quantity for a sample order. It might not have been the right product. And throwing away three times the quantity just to avoid the minimum order surcharge would be completely disproportionate, wouldn't it?

The device I ordered for pickup was perfectly prepared. The paperwork was ready, the cartridges were kindly installed, and the advice I received was extremely comprehensive.

I was extremely disappointed... initially, good advice and a demo, and then terrible after-sales service... it was very urgent for us, and we made that clear. We were offered a straightforward and immediate solution... then they apparently sent a letter by post (for a prepayment that wasn't mentioned), and we waited and waited... when we inquired, they said it was on its way by post, even though they meant the invoice for goods that were never delivered, and we meant the printer... a communication disaster!
