Our collaboration with Vimova has unfortunately left a mixed impression. On the positive side, communication is generally polite and documents are delivered on time. However, their work methods reveal significant shortcomings in terms of professional diligence and understanding of standard administrative processes. In particular, the preparation of annual financial statements and the handover of management mandates lack structure and transparency. Important documents and account statements were submitted incompletely, and the auditing procedure did not meet industry standards. Furthermore, technically correct accounting classifications were sometimes omitted, which significantly hampered the traceability of the bookkeeping. Overall, the impression is that while Vimova formally fulfills its obligations, it lacks the necessary attention to detail and precision one would expect from a professional property management company. Anyone who values smooth handovers, audited financial statements, and transparent communication should clearly define these requirements in advance of any collaboration.
The property management company changed to Vimova without any prior notice or communication. Despite having sufficiently large living spaces and neighbors who loved my dog, pets were not allowed. Therefore, I do not recommend this management company.

1 star – No way to reach me, poor service As an owner, I am very disappointed. Emails are rarely, if ever, answered, and no one is reachable by phone – you constantly end up on voicemail. Communication is abysmal and completely unprofessional. This is not how you expect to work with a property management company. Not recommended.
