It is always a great pleasure to describe an exceptional service experience. I had set my sight on a particular watch and visited Zinniker inquiring about it while knowing that it was a brand they did not represent. I was curious as to how it would sit on my wrist prior to commit on buying. Notwithstanding the above, Mr Johannes Maag , the store manager went above and beyond any obligation and ordered the watch for me even though I might end not buying it. 4 days later the watch was in his store and I now own it. 5 stars and all my respect to Mr Maas for his impecable , friendly and professional execution. First class customer service.

I had a very sentimental heirloom piece of jewelry belonging to my mother repaired at Zinniker. A connecting piece had come apart, and the piece was also re-rhodium-plated. From start to finish, everything was simply perfect: the communication was incredibly friendly, transparent, and professional. They really took their time, and I felt completely at ease. The result is simply beautiful – I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The piece looks brand new again and means so much to me. Thank you so much for the wonderful work and the excellent service. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was looking for a replacement for a broken clasp on a gold chain. After considering several options that would have been very expensive, the goldsmith found a solution that cost only a fraction of the price and still looked perfect. Nice shop, friendly staff, however, I was there with an 18K gold chain to sell. The chain was "tested" and I was told it was 14K. Afterwards, I went to two other dealers who laughed and told me the chain was definitely 18K 750. I received double the price I would have paid at Zinniker.

Very disappointing service. It's best not to have jewelry repaired at Zinniker. I only received more damaged jewelry for 700 CHF. The goldsmith finally said he never wanted to see my jewelry again, it was so difficult for him to repair it properly. They can't pierce earlobes either; it was still crooked after three attempts. The bottom line: very expensive and incompetent.
