The Insurance Company Die Mobiliar is really very good, but the people from this office in Bülach are terribly unresponsive, incredibly incompetent and constantly make elementary mistakes! Unfortunately, as the saying goes, "the fish stinks from the head" - if the Captain is not capable of doing his job but is smart, he could assemble a good crew, but if he is not, the ship will sink sooner or later! Yes, there will be water for all of them!
My claim (stone in the windshield) was handled quickly and without any complications. Thank you very much for the pleasant communication with Ms. Wolf!
