Discovering I had lost 2 chainring bolts - urgently needed replacements. Excellent service providing set of 5 (at very good price) new ones and a good discussion on the merits of loctite/grease usage. My German is okay but their English was excellent when needed on some cycling technical terminology.
They were the best in helping me with an emergency problem after traveling and getting me ready for my race. I'm so thankful for Philip and their entire team. They are fantastic!!!! Philip even suggested a workout route that was perfect! Thanks!!!

Supper Top Service
We had a flat tire and bought a new tube at the store. But we weren't allowed to fix it in front of the store because it would look bad. Huh?
I got a flat tire on the second day of my vacation. :‐( The next morning I went to the repair shop and they helped me right away. The mechanic was very friendly and helpful. A short while later, a new inner tube was fitted and I could continue my journey! The price for the repair and a spare inner tube (which I hope I'll never need) was absolutely fair and reasonable! Everything was top-notch!! Many thanks to everyone involved for the quick and prompt help!!
