I've been using the "card2brain" learning app for a while now to create flashcards and study. I've already created around 150 cards to prepare for my exam at the end of the month. I wanted to delete an unnamed lesson. I selected the lesson and clicked delete; then it asked if I wanted to delete the flashcards. I said yes, and poof, EVERYTHING was gone... I was so nervous! I thought about it, checked the terms and conditions, and found the company's address. I called, and a nice gentleman answered. I explained my mishap, and he said, "Of course, I can fix it!" 🙏 I was incredibly grateful to him for all the hours he'd put in. My day is saved! Many thanks to the whole team!
