My experience was fantastic. The spa service is spectacular. Starting with Milagros at reception, who was very kind, sweet, and welcoming. Then there were two guys, Santiago and Marlon, who were very friendly and attentive to our needs in the spa. The infinity pool and the different saunas were excellent.

I visited the spa with a friend on Thursday, 4 December, and the experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The facilities are flawless and the awards speak for themselves and are truly deserved. Every detail was thoughtfully and carefully considered, starting with the booking process. When I called to make the reservation, the member of staff was incredibly warm, polite, and knowledgeable, taking genuine care to accommodate all of our requests. As tourists unfamiliar with the area, the follow-up email communication was especially appreciated. It was prompt, clear, and reassuring. It felt personal and sincere, making us feel genuinely cared for rather than receiving a generic, automated response. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this spa is something very special. The resort itself is even more breathtaking in person than in the photographs, exceeding our expectations in every way. What stood out immediately, however, was the consistency of service. Every member of staff from the hotel reception to the spa team delivered the same impeccable level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. There is a genuine sense of care that you can feel throughout the entire experience. I have visited many spas across different countries, and I can honestly say I have never felt so welcomed. The spa receptionists were exceptionally friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and providing us with a tour of the facilities. Their kindness and enthusiasm felt authentic and refreshing, and it was evident they truly enjoy what they do. My massage with Oliver was truly extraordinary. He was warm, professional, and attentive, taking the time to truly understand my preferences and tailoring the massage entirely to me. From the moment the treatment began, I felt completely at ease. The treatment room itself was breathtaking, with views of the alpine trees drifting through the clouds. It genuinely felt as though I had been transported to heaven. The massage was flawless in both technique and pressure and was completely tailored to my preferences. The fact that Oliver truly listened during the consultation made all the difference. Having experienced massages in many spas across different countries, I can confidently say this was the best massage I have ever had. It was so outstanding that I immediately wanted to book another. After the massage, we enjoyed four hours exploring the spa facilities, including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool with breathtaking panoramic views, and the various sauna areas. The honey and salt sauna experience was a highlight, leaving our skin incredibly soft for days afterwards and adding a beautiful finishing touch to the experience. Throughout the day, the spa staff were consistently attentive and thoughtful, ensuring we felt comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after at all times. Unlike some spas where you are left entirely to your own devices, here you truly feel pampered and valued from start to finish. This was a truly memorable experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this spa to anyone who appreciates exceptional service and attention to detail. The views and facilities are undeniably luxurious and speak for themselves but it is the staff who truly set this place apart. His professionalism and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this spa; it’s undoubtedly one of the best in Europe. Every detail is carefully designed to provide a luxurious and peaceful retreat. A few minor suggestions to make the experience absolutely flawless: • Complimentary parking for guests would be a thoughtful touch. • A designated smoking area on Level 2 would provide added convenience. • More dining and snack options would enhance the overall experience, allowing guests to enjoy a wider variety of refreshments. • Extended opening hours in certain areas of the spa could allow guests to enjoy the facilities at a more flexible pace. Overall, this spa is a must-visit for anyone seeking relaxation, luxury, and top-tier service. Can’t wait to return!
