Oliver was very nice! He was waiting for us. :) He could answer every question asked. He was thoughtful and kept asking us if we need something or if we need to know anything. Cows loved and trusted him! It was so cute as he was sitting with them and they seemed so relaxed around him. Oliver was looking around and watching us on the field while we were at our cuddling session and making sure whether everything is okay. He explained how to behave to cows, what they like, how their day looks like, showed us the farm (even their milking station), we were told interesting facts about lives of cows. We had a taste-test of cheeses, yoghurt and milk. Everything was tasty, but their mozzarella and yoghurt have won. The whole experience was very pleasant. I totally recommend it!
Absolutely great experience to try and memorize!!! Cow cuddling is a very unique experience. Olivier instructed us how we should interact with the cows and how to approach them. Baby cows were super adorable. The goats walk was easy, fun and suitable for all ages. The local farm products are very tasty especially the milk. The farm is very clean, they treat the animals with the best standards. Olivier was very kind, and provided a great informative guidance. He was patient and answered all our questions. Thank you again. We had an amazing day!!!
My husband and I were in Switzerland for our honeymoon back in September 2023. I found this on Trip Advisor not knowing what to expect. Oliver picked us up from the train station and was an amazing guide. We cuddles cows, made mozzarella cheese with Helen, and walked the goats. We had a wonderful lunch of cheese and yogurts made by Helen and fresh milk. This was our favorite experience of the whole trip! I want to go back just for the delicious yogurt! Thank you so much, we wish you the best in your career snd studies Oliver.
This was such a big highlight of my boyfriend and I’s trip to Switzerland! Oliver was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome and gave us a tour around the farm which was fascinating. It was especially a highlight to see all the younger cows. It is clear that they treat all of their animals so well which was awesome to see. Cow cuddling was a great experience and something we would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Switzerland. We also got to try some of the farm’s homemade bread, yogurt, cheese and syrup which were all 10/10 incredible. If you are looking for a unique, fun, and memorable activity run by amazing people, this should absolutely be on your list!
As a vegetarian who loves animals, I absolutely adored everything about this eperience. First things first, in this farm they only have cows for milk, so no meat 🌱 The location is in a really beautiful place. Before we got to cuddle the cows, we were told how to interact with them in a safe and respectful way. We also had a tour of the farm (baby cows were the best part 🥹) and had lunch with cheese and fresh milk from those beauties 🐄 We were in a small group together with a really nice family from Canada and we had a very good time. I would come back on a weekly basis 💕
We loved visiting Hug & Mooh! Olivier was a very polite and informative host, and gave us a beautiful tour of the farm. The animals were happy, it was obvious they have good lives. In addition to the adult cows, we also had a chance to cuddle the goats and baby cows. The homemade drinks and cheeses were also delicious! 10/10 experience :)
