I wanted to apply for my learner's permit, and for that I need proof of residence. But now the letter has "lost" on their end, and they only sent it to the VSZ (Vehicle Registration Office) on Friday, two weeks later. That shouldn't happen. (If I could, I'd give zero stars.)
