It's already been a year and a half between the judgment and the justification for the seizure. Extremely unprofessional. They've been confirming their own judgment for almost two years, and each step takes three to six months. It's a shame for our system to work like this. (Removing the legal objection alone has already taken five months.)
We had a good experience with respectful staff. Highly recommended. What I really like is that the judges are experienced and have good expertise. Dishonesty is easily noticed. A highly recommended court.
The conciliation board in Dielsdorf doesn't deserve a single star for the following reasons. The board was incomprehensibly and blatantly biased. The team was incompetent and repeatedly made false statements and based their arguments on assumptions. This has enormous consequences, resulting in incalculable financial damage for the plaintiff. Consequently, the original problem could no longer be resolved in the plaintiff's favor. Bravo to the board! The entire conciliation process was utterly pointless! There wasn't even a shred of expertise or competence on display. For these reasons, you should absolutely avoid the incompetent conciliation board in Dielsdorf. It's clear: an incapable, biased team without any assertiveness sits at the table in Dielsdorf, tinkering away. And for this shoddy, unsatisfying work, this board still receives an outrageous, undeserved, and exorbitant salary. Any further questions?
Highly competent, everything was impeccably prepared and completed quickly. Very friendly service. A very pleasant experience. Thank you. Compliments.
The mediation was scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at 4:00 p.m., with a slight delay. However, in my opinion, the mediation was conducted very thoroughly by Ms. Michel and her team. Thank you for your interest.
Remote and too small. The municipalities should be geographically grouped together for better results. Despite its catchment area, the court remains a village court.
