Room was fairly clean, however the bathroom is definitely nor 4* The problem however is, that there is no one available during night time. At around 03:00 in the morning a group of young people entered room 210. After that there was no way to sleep. Singing, dancing, party until around 06:00! Several complaints did not help and no place to complain. Anyway, for me it was the first and the last time at this Hotel

This is honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I truly don't understand how this place has a 4-star rating! There is no phone in the room to contact reception, so every time we need something, we have to go there ourselves. When we tried to plug in the water boiler, the electricity went out. The staff said they couldn't fix it and didn't even offer us another room. The room is very old, the mirror is broken, and the bathroom and toilet are extremely outdated and not properly cleaned. Also the internet is super slow! They dont have any reception after 10 P.M! We paid for a 4-star rate but received a 1- or 2- star experience at best. Don't waste your money thinkibg this is more than 2 stars! Since the manager will claim that I have never stayed here (according to his replies to other negative reviews), I must say that I have pictures and videos of my stay to confirm it.
Based on my personal experience, this hotel did not meet acceptable standards and, in my opinion, would be no more than a 2-star hotel. The bathroom had visible mold, the mirror was broken, the curtain was damaged, and there was no telephone in the room to contact reception. When these issues were raised, they were not handled in a professional or supportive manner. During our interaction, the hotel manager’s behavior felt unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the problems or offering an apology, the response was defensive and confrontational, which added unnecessary stress. Reception is only available from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Outside these hours, there is no staff on site, and assistance is limited to a video intercom with long waiting times. A very stressful situation also occurred with friends staying at the same time, which made us feel unsafe and unsupported. Parking across the street and a refilled minibar were the only positives. If you value your money and do not want to waste it, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.
