Big thanks for taking care of my old PC
I called them to inquire about a possible BIOS repair for my PC. Although I described the problem in detail, they neither listened to me nor gave me an approximate price. Instead of help or even a rough estimate, I received only a rude and dismissive response. The conversation was very unfriendly, and the employee seemed annoyed and disrespectful. This is no way to treat potential customers. I will certainly not be taking my PC there for repair and unfortunately cannot recommend this shop.
Jürgen has saved me twice already with my client PC. Fast, friendly, and competent. Thanks again. Best regards, Roland aka Whiteside
We've been here three times now with a problem we couldn't solve. Each time we received quick and competent help, as well as additional tips and advice. I'll definitely be back.
A complete disaster!!!!! Since we're older, we called Mr. Baldensperger for help!!!!! His "help" consisted of him deleting my entire email address!!!!! Everything, absolutely everything, is gone! All my addresses simply vanished! His response: "Oh dear, something went wrong!!! Oh, I'm sorry, I deleted everything." That was his answer! No help whatsoever!!!! And then he said goodbye! We had to pay for his "help" (no help at all, just a disaster for me)!!!! Never again Computer Clinic Dietikon Silvia Haas
I visited the store for the first time today, November 11th, at approximately 3:30 PM. Of course, I wanted to explain the problem I was having with my PC, and then ask if the company had the resources to solve it, or at least considered trying, so I could decide on the spot whether to bring the PC in for repair later. So far, so good. The response resulted in this one-star review. I'd like to support my one-star review with a brief example from the conversation. So, no lengthy explanation. The man who served me said I was speaking completely incoherently and he hadn't understood a word. I asked what was confusing. Unfortunately, he didn't reply, except for a few isolated words. I replied, humble as I am, *well*, it's a shame I'm such a confused person (it really happened xD), but there's nothing we can do about it. ' ... So far, so good! Then he said: "Just bring the PC over!" I replied: "That's pointless if you don't even understand my problem!" ...Yeah, right. All I got was: "Okay, fine then." Nobody is obligated to understand someone or explain why something is the way it is, but it's highly unprofessional to just randomly suggest all sorts of things to people and bring over their PCs, only to then... tinker with something undefined? It's basically like, "You're a weirdo, but bring it over, bro." :D Just pulling some cash out of his pocket. Maybe he didn't want to listen because it wasn't worth his while to give free advice so the potential customer could fix it themselves. Having a PC on-site is already a hassle. I think he understood the part about me being able to solve 4 out of 5 problems with my PC myself xD… Yeah, but still, how can you communicate that so honestly? :D His pupils were quite dilated, by the way; he was extremely stressed, but he kept grinning broadly. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything here. I can only report what I saw. The entire conversation lasted about 5-6 minutes; details aren't relevant. I'm not particularly impressed with the man, but I am appalled by what he did.
