Dear Interdiscount Team Last week I was at the Interdiscount Silbern. There was one customer in front of me, followed by another customer and a couple. We all waited until the first customer had finished at the checkout. Once that customer had been served, it would have been my turn. However, without asking me, the cashier served the man behind me. I pointed out that I was next. She replied that she knew, but the man "just needed to pay quickly" since he was already a customer. I then asked her if I wasn't a customer. She said yes, but that my line would probably take longer. I countered that she couldn't possibly judge that since she hadn't even greeted me or asked what I needed. Instead, she had simply given him priority. I explained to her that she could at least have asked why I was there and if it would be alright if she served the other customer first. Her only response was that she had to work that way and that customers who only pay were more important. I found this behavior rude and disrespectful. In my opinion, customers should be treated equally and not ignored without explanation. If a single employee is unable to handle the customer volume, this should be reported to her supervisor so that sufficient staff can be deployed. I will continue to shop at Interdiscount, but no longer at the Silbern branch.
I ordered a device over two months ago. Without any notification, the package was returned to headquarters last week. Customers are supposed to be called before returning goods. I was told on Friday that they would contact me on Saturday. I'm still waiting. Has the order simply been canceled without my knowledge, and do I now have to reorder everything? Mistakes like this shouldn't happen.
I signed up for two mobile phone contracts with Interdiscount. I received competent advice from employees A. Carvalho dos Santos and K. Woldei. They were very friendly and informative!
