i had a good experience the personal i talked to was very nice
The shop manager treated us like the worst thing because they sell us a flashlight that doesnt work, he tried in others flashlights and all of them were defect... he tried while treating us super bad not giving us the money back, and trying to give us another light with defekt. They sell us too a battery AAA with that flashlight and we had to pay 2chf for that we dont need, they didnt gave us that money back and they absolutely dont take the blame, he didnt even apologize and stare at us angry....
