We have been successfully using SAP Business One with the help of the ANG Group in our medium-sized company in Hesse, Germany, since 2019. We primarily use SAP Business One for document management and master data management. This has allowed us to significantly optimize our daily office operations, reducing the time spent on processes, improving customer service, and greatly enhancing the clarity of the data we regularly need for analyses and other business decisions. The initial implementation was very structured and completed within a very short timeframe. This enabled us to quickly and easily continue our optimized daily operations. The ongoing support from the ANG Group has also been exceptionally positive. The support team is consistently friendly, and we always receive a competent solution promptly. What we particularly appreciate about SAP Business One is the option of using the ERP system as a subscription model. This allows us to flexibly add or cancel workstation licenses at any time. The cloud-based ERP system is exactly the solution we were looking for, as our employees can easily log in from home via their web browser. This allowed us to continue our work uninterrupted even during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we particularly benefited from the cloud-based solution during that time. We highly recommend the ANG Group and would choose them again.
