It says family friendly. Nothing about it is family friendly. We booked it because it said it has a pool ( one for 16 and over) and then it said access to indoor pool for families. That doesn’t exist We had to beg for them to clean our room and bring us clean towels and coffee cups Dirty pillow. This is definitely a 2 star motel not a 4 star hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast buffet and the breakfast staff. Will definitely not return

Rooms are getting quite old now but are spacious. Would have been nice to have USB plugs for charging. Its in a great place next to a shopping centre in case you need anything and not far from the airport.
Very poor service. The air conditioning is not working, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, we have received no response from the staff. Additionally, we were charged an extra amount for the dental kit, which is unacceptable.
