While looking for a Frame alternative with an OLED display, we found more than what we were hoping for with LG’s G5 series, thanks to Mr. Hai. He patiently and thoroughly addressed our questions regarding our special wall setup and even provided additional tips. We also greatly appreciated the support after the purchase. Consultation, service, and support were even better than with some specialist retailers—at a lower price than many well-known online shops. Excellent!
I went there to pick up an order I’ve purchased online and I was shocked for the Amazing Customer Service Provided from a member of staff wich the surname is Amorosi or Amoroso. He was very Kind and Professional also make my day better with is kindness! A service from another world. Thank you!!!!
The young man called nick was very very helpful this evening… 10 min before closing he attended me and my daughter and ensured that my little girl had a smile on her face. Thanks a lot
I placed an order for a Sony RX10 IV camera (267822352) that was advertised at a very good price on MediaMarkt Switzerland's website on 17.07.25 to be delivered by 22.07.25. The payment was taken immediately, but the item was never delivered. Eventually, I was informed that the product was no longer available—despite the fact that it was still being advertised when I made the purchase. This feels like a case of false advertising and poor customer service. Taking payment for a product they couldn’t fulfill is unacceptable. After a frustrating process, I did receive a refund, but the experience left a very negative impression. Sadly, I won’t be using MediaMarkt again. Total shambles. Digitec all the way.
They made a mistake. Then another mistake. But THEN they went above and beyond to fix it within 24 hours - across departments, working together like clockwork. In other chains this would have taken weeks.
They ask people to leave all the bags, backpacks etc and not bring them to the shop. Is this some kind of joke? This is absurdly inconvenient.
