I would like to share my experience with the plumbing service we hired. Unfortunately, we discovered that the quality of the work performed did not meet our expectations. Incorrect installation of the waste line in the shower: The waste line was not installed correctly, resulting in a malfunction and further minor water damage. No inspection of installed appliances: The installed appliances were not inspected after installation, resulting in errors or defects going unnoticed. Missing covers: Some covers, which were necessary for a complete and safe completion of the installation, were not installed, were only partially installed, or were installed late. Shower tray installed at an angle: The shower tray was installed slightly at an angle, which can lead to drainage problems and impairs use. Various work had to be done later: Due to missing parts, various work had to be done later, resulting in unnecessary delays and additional inconvenience. In addition, there were accusations from the plumbing service that further compromised our satisfaction: Accusations from the client (us): We were falsely accused of sabotage, which significantly hampered cooperation. Accusations from other companies: Other contracted companies were also accused of sabotage, which led to misunderstandings and further conflicts. These deficiencies and unfounded accusations have led to considerable dissatisfaction. We hope that the plumbing service will demonstrate a more careful and thorough approach to its work in the future and refrain from making such unfounded accusations to enable constructive cooperation.
